Cancellation policy

Some items and memberships in our store are offered on a recurring or pre-order basis. This policy explains how those work and how to change or cancel them.

MembersOnly membership
MembersOnly is our annual paid membership, billed at $99 for a 12-month term and charged at signup. It includes early access to releases, member pricing, invitations to members' events and community, and a Members Bag Tag.

  • Auto-renewal: your membership automatically renews each year at the then-current price. We'll send you a reminder before each renewal so you can decide whether to continue. By joining, you authorize this recurring annual charge until you cancel.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel anytime through your account or by emailing help@paradisegolf.co. Your benefits continue through the end of your current paid term, and you won't be charged for the next renewal.
  • Refunds: membership fees are non-refundable, and the current term is not prorated on cancellation.
  • Price changes: we may change the renewal price with notice before it takes effect; continued membership after the change constitutes acceptance.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you're reserving a product that isn't yet in inventory. We may collect a deposit at checkout and charge the balance before fulfillment. Pre-order deposits are fully refundable any time before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, our Refund Policy applies.
