Refund policy
We want you to be confident in your {{ shop_name }} putter. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
14-day returns (standard products)
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on standard, non-custom products, in unused and unaltered condition.
- US orders: we cover return shipping with a prepaid label.
- International orders: the 14-day window applies, but you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Your choice of resolution: a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange.
Condition
Returned items must be unused and in original, resalable condition, in their original packaging with all included items (headcover, tools, documentation), and accompanied by proof of purchase. There is no restocking fee.
Final sale
Custom putters (including shaft upgrades) and any non-standard configurations are final sale and not returnable. Sale and discounted items are also final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Alterations
Altering a stock or custom club after purchase is not advisable. Damage to a {{ shop_name }} club resulting from any customization or alteration by the purchaser is not eligible for a refund or exchange. We can help repair the club at the purchaser's expense — please contact us before altering your club.
Pre-orders & deposits
Pre-order deposits are fully refundable any time before your order ships. Once the order ships, the standard 14-day return policy above applies.
Defective or damaged items (1-year warranty)
We warrant our products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from delivery. This is separate from the 14-day change-of-mind window and applies regardless of destination, including custom and international orders. If your product is defective or arrives damaged, email {{ email }} with your order number and photos, and we'll repair, replace, or refund it at our cost. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification.
MembersOnly subscription
MembersOnly annual memberships are non-refundable. See our Cancellations policy for details.
How to start a return
Email {{ email }} with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and send next steps (and a prepaid label for US orders). Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Tax is automatically calculated and refunded based on the amount of the return.
