Paradise Golf Special Edition Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, e.g. Paradise Golf Co. LLC], [street address, city, state, ZIP] ("Sponsor"). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., the United States Golf Association (USGA), or any golf championship, tournament, or its organizers.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins on June 18, 2026 at [12:00 PM] Eastern Time and ends on June 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, and you may use both for additional entries:

Method 1 — Instagram. During the Entry Period, follow @paradisegolf on Instagram and comment the word "Paradise" on the official giveaway post. Limit one (1) entry per Instagram account via this method.

Method 2 — Email. During the Entry Period, visit [paradisegolf.co/pages/giveaway] and submit your email address using the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per email address via this method.

Bonus entry. Entrants who complete both Method 1 and Method 2 will receive one (1) additional entry, for a maximum of three (3) total entries per person.

Alternate method of entry (AMOE). No follow, comment, purchase, or social media account is required to enter. To enter for free without using Instagram, submit your email address via Method 2, or mail a 3x5 card with your full name, email address, mailing address, and date of birth to [Sponsor AMOE mailing address]. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Entry Period and received within [7] days of the close of the Entry Period. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

All entries become the property of Sponsor. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that do not comply with these Official Rules are void. Use of automated systems, bots, or multiple accounts to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive: one (1) special-edition Paradise Golf "Merlin" putter (black finish, 100% milled, 370 grams), one of one (1 of 1). Approximate retail value (ARV): $[AMOUNT] USD.

Total ARV of all prizes: $[AMOUNT] USD. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, beyond any manufacturer's standard warranty. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize, and may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, conducted on or about June 23, 2026 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message within [3] business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance, and provide a valid U.S. shipping address, within [5] days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the stated period, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor's discretion, time permitting.

7. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at [paradisegolf.co/policies/privacy-policy]. By entering via email, entrants agree that Sponsor may add them to its email marketing list, from which they may unsubscribe at any time. Sponsor uses [Klaviyo] to manage entries and email communications.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, and Instagram handle for advertising and promotional purposes without further notice, compensation, or permission.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries, or for any technical or network malfunctions.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

11. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles. By participating, entrants agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, in the courts located in [COUNTY, STATE].

12. Trademark Notice

This Promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the United States Golf Association (USGA) or any golf championship or its organizers. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.
