Processing time
Each {{ shop_name }} putter is hand assembled and tested before it ships. Please allow 7–10 business days for assembly and testing before dispatch, plus carrier transit time. Custom orders or orders requiring custom shaft upgrades are fulfilled in coordination with the lead time from the shaft manufacturer.

Domestic (US)
Standard ground shipping is free on all US orders.

International
We ship to the United States, Canada, Bermuda, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Mexico. Duties and import taxes on international orders are calculated and collected at checkout (DDP), so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Tracking & addresses
You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your carrier and destination. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
